Our cooking school allows guests to learn how to cook the traditional dishes in the original Tuscan style,
including homemade pasta and Chianina meat.
The wine tasting is a guided tour inside the Tuscan wine-making tradition, in order to introduce the guests to the history of the area and that of each different wine.
Brunello di Montalcino, Nobile di Montepulciano, Chianti Classico and Bolgheri Superiore, an accurate selection of four Tuscan wines, will be served with typical salami and local cheese under the strawberry vine pergola, the whole surrounded by the extraordinary beauty of the place.
